Laurie Orr’s design work for our Michigan offices greatly improved their appearance and professionalism and in addition, improved our communication and productivity. She was fun to work with, communicated well with all of our staff and made them feel an important part of the design process. We liked her work so well we had her design our newly acquired Florida offices two years later.

Alliance Shippers, Inc. was forced to move from downtown Detroit and found a building in Westland, MI. The building was only a shell, so we were forced to design everything within the building. We were pretty confident how we wanted to lay out the interior, but not sure of the decor.

Our headquarters are in New Jersey, so we depended upon a recommendation from our broker of Compendium Design Group. A long distance relationship is always difficult, but you made that seem very easy. We discussed our desires with you and left most of the design and colors schemes in your hands.

After several phone calls, you felt you had a good idea of what we wanted. You got together some sample boards and we flew out to meet you. Your choices were right on target and we let you run with those.

We flew back several months later for our grand opening. The offices were better than we expected. The colors of the walls, the carpets, the furniture and the cubicle panels were all pleasing to the eye and made for a positive work environment.

You made that portion of our move very easy. I would highly recommend you to anyone who is looking for someone who takes a personal interest in the work she does and is proud of it.
